It can process high-speed steel, hard alloy and stainless steel tools.

It can be equipped with advanced human-computer interactive CNC system, which can not only program with G code, but also use tool software. The system is safe, stable, convenient and strong in anti electromagnetic interference. The program transmission between CNC and PC can be realized through Ethernet interface and USB2.0, and the productivity can be greatly improved with the shortest processing preparation time and one key startup. Equipped with 3D simulation software, the necessary parameters of tool processing are displayed in a dialog box. After the parameters are input, the tool simulation can display the 3D graphics of the tool and the grinding steps of the machine tool. (Distinguish each grinding step with different colors) Use the anti-collision function of the software to avoid collision in the actual processing. The corresponding software modules can be used to process various kinds of tools. Through the optional probe, the cycle measurement of the workpiece and the compensation of tool wear can be realized automatically, which can not only produce tools but also repair tools.
