BT-150D 3-Axis CNC PCD&PCBN Tool Grinder
BT-150D 3-AxisCNC (PCD&PCBN) tool grinder is made of grinding wheel oscillation axis (X-axis), rotation axis in the horizontal plane(C-axis),feed axis(Y-axis). The tool grinder is reliable in performance and it is suitable for massive production of carbide inserts, PCD and CBN inserts. Once centering is finished, grinding will be done automatically. The even consumption of grinding wheel can be measured and compensated by the system, so production with long cycle time can be achieved.
1. Mechanical Structure: The base of machine is made of solid casting with high quality. It can meet grinding requirements of any hard material. The optical component and CCD camera are properly protected from splash by metal cover.
2. Grinding Spindle: With high precision and frequency control speed, the spindle power is 3Kw, max speed is 3000r/min. The inner of spindle is cooled by recycling water. The radial run-out is 0.002mm and axial run-out is 0.003mm.
3. Machine tool guide way: The guide way with high precision roller greatly enhances the rigidity, precision and durability of the machine.
4. Grinding software: our company developed the grinding software and we can set various kinds of grinding parameters managed by database system.
5. Wheel Oscillation: The grinding wheel oscillation is controlled by CNC program and move very smoothly. Oscillation length, position and frequency can be set in the program;
6. Video: CCD image and three coordinate is displayed real-time on computer, The system can capture images of grinding state instantly, can reveal the state of grinding.
7. Angle encoder: it can display C axis coordinate (rotation) accurately with resolution of 1'.
8. Declination Lock: The grinding spindle declines along the circular guide smoothly and radial lock can be made, greatly enhancing the rigidity of the equipment. The machine can grind coarsely or finely respectively without adjusting height of grinding wheel.
9. Fixture: The machine equipped height fixture does not need to adjust position of the CCD camera to grind tools with different thickness.
10. Lubrication system: intermittent automatic lubrication system, users can set time and intermittent for oil, ensure the service life of the screw.
II. Technical Breakthrough
1. Humanized software interface: the software can display images and CNC axes coordinates and calibration hair-cross on the computer. At the same time, the software servers as interface of CNC system. The grinding wheel parameters, tool parameters and machining parameters can be edited and modified on the interface.
2. No vertical axis: vertical shaft lifting is not necessary because of height adjusting fixture on the workbench, greatly enhances the stability and rigid of the equipment.
3. Automatic grinding: the machine can feed automatically grinding after setting the basic parameters. Reduce grinding difficulty, reduce labor intensity, and can keep long time automatic production.
III. Grinding Application Software Package
1. Software package1: This package is for grinding the typical diamond tool, it can grind the two straight cutting edges and one radius. Grinding wheel oscillation position, oscillation frequency and oscillation length can set arbitrary in the program; you can chose the feed-rate, holding time according to durability of grinding wheel; it can set the safe distance of each edge to reduce grinding time. And these parameters can be optimized constantly for later use.
2. Software package2: This package can grind the more than two straight cutting edges and one radius。Grinding wheel oscillation position, oscillation frequency and oscillation length can set arbitrary in the program; you can chose the feed-rate, holding time according to durability of grinding wheel; it can set the safe distance of each edge to reduce grinding time. 3. Software package3: This package is for profile tools supporting AUTO CAD file( *.dxf ) input. Any profile except concave can be ground by this package.
