Bt-150n is a four axis CNC tool grinder, which is composed of four axes: grinding wheel swing axis (x axis), grinding wheel inclination angle (b axis), workpiece horizontal rotation axis (c axis) and workpiece feed axis (Y axis). The workpiece feed axis (Y axis) is equipped with grating ruler for closed-loop position feedback to ensure micron grinding accuracy. The machine tool is suitable for the production of medium and large quantities of alloy blades, PCD blades and CBN blades. As long as the alignment is completed and the switch is pressed, the system will automatically complete the grinding under the action of the gravity of the heavy hammer, realizing the ideal state of "constant pressure grinding and flexible feeding". The machine tool can be switched to manual mode through the control panel, so as to adapt to the production mode of small and medium-sized batch and multiple varieties.

1、 Machine features:

1. Mechanical structure of machine tool: the machine tool bed (base) adopts an integral casting weighing up to 1.5 tons, which can meet the grinding requirements of any superhard material. The machine tool is equipped with a grinding fluid protective cover to ensure that the grinding fluid will not splash everywhere. The optical lens barrel and CCD camera are equipped with protective covers to ensure that the lens does not enter water during operation and that its optical adjustment is not inadvertently changed. The interior of the machine tool is equipped with lighting lamp and machine tool bedside lamp. The cross table adopts precision guide rail and two screw jacking devices. In this way, the clearance can be completely eliminated and can withstand large grinding resistance without cutting the knife.

2. Motorized spindle of machine tool: the grinding head adopts high-precision frequency conversion speed regulation motorized spindle with power of 5.0kw and maximum speed of 8000 rpm. It is cooled by circulating water. The rotation accuracy of grinding head spindle: end jump of 0.002 mm and diameter jump of 0.003 mm.

3. Machine tool guide rail: high precision needle roller guide rail is adopted, which significantly improves the rigidity, accuracy and durability of the machine tool.

4. Servo mechanism: the control servo structure is adopted. Two linear feed axes (x and Y axes) and one rotating axis (c axis) are controlled by servo motor, and four axis linkage can be done under the drive of application program. The grinding efficiency is improved and the grinding quality of the cutting edge is improved.

6. Grinding head reciprocating swing mechanism: the grinding head swings under the drive of servo motor. The swing frequency is 0-50 times / min, and the swing amplitude is freely adjusted between 0 and 120mm, so as to make the grinding wheel consume evenly and sharpen in time, so as to ensure the grinding accuracy and roughness. The mechanical swing, swing amplitude, swing frequency and swing position controlled by NC program can be set in the program.

7. Radial locking of grinding wheel shaft: the radial locking technology of grinding wheel spindle makes the concave convex of two arc guide rails embrace and brake tightly, so as to achieve seamless and stable contact, greatly enhance the rigidity of the equipment, and improve the grinding quality of tool edge to a higher level.

8. Fixture: the machine tool is equipped with upper positioning fixture. When grinding tools with different thickness, it is not necessary to adjust the position of CCD camera to improve work efficiency.

9. Lubrication system: the lubrication system adopts intermittent automatic lubrication system. The user can set the refueling time and refueling time interval to ensure the service life of the screw rod.
